Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of The Emergency Pack on kayinnorway.com. The seller (merchant of record) is BEZ KECŮ s.r.o., IČO 23855185, Nové Sady 988/2, Brno, Czech Republic. The product is marketed as Kay in Norway. Contact: kay@kayinnorway.com.

BEZ KECŮ s.r.o. is a Czech limited company. If we later sell through a Norwegian company, we will replace the seller details on this page. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you pay.

By paying you enter a contract for digital content and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout.

The product

The Emergency Pack is a set of downloadable operating tools (HTML files) plus the 70/30 bonus. It is not a course, coaching, membership, or software subscription. You get file access on the thank-you page (kayinnorway.com/empack/thankyou) immediately after a successful payment (or after a demo checkout when Stripe is not configured).

Price is €89 in euros, one payment, unless checkout shows a different amount at the time you pay. We do not use fake countdown timers.

Who may buy

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. You confirm the name and email you enter are yours. The email is where the receipt and invoice go, and where we handle refunds.

Payment and invoices

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number, CVC, or expiry. Stripe’s terms also apply to the payment itself. After a successful live payment Stripe issues a receipt and, when invoicing is enabled, a PDF invoice in the name of BEZ KECŮ s.r.o. (BEZ KECŮ s.r.o., IČO 23855185, Nové Sady 988/2, Brno, Czech Republic). A “100% secure payment” line on the sales page is marketing for Stripe’s card checkout — it is not a separate guarantee that the internet cannot fail. Chargebacks follow Stripe’s process.

Delivery

This is digital content supplied otherwise than on a tangible medium. By paying you ask us to start performance immediately (unlock the downloads). You acknowledge that, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK rules, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for unused digital content can end once download is made available with your request and acknowledgment.

That is the legal baseline. Independently of it, we give you the commercial refund below.

14-day money-back

If the tools are not useful in your company, email kay@kayinnorway.com within 14 days of purchase. Say you want a refund. We refund the price you paid, to the original payment method, without arguing. Access then ends. This commercial guarantee does not cut down any mandatory consumer right that cannot be waived in your country of residence.

Licence

You may:

• use the files in your own business, including with your team
• print them, fill them in, and keep copies for that use

You may not:

• resell, license, or give away the files as your own product
• publish them in a way that lets strangers download the pack
• claim Kay in Norway endorses your company

We keep the copyright. You buy a licence, not ownership of the templates.

No professional advice

The pack is practical worksheets from an operator, not legal, tax, accounting, or employment advice. Results depend on whether you use the tools. We do not promise a specific number of hours back in your business.

Availability

Download links and the signed access cookie work for 14 days. Save the files to your computer when you buy. We are not liable for loss if you do not save them and the link expires, except where the law says we cannot exclude that liability.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability the law does not let us limit. For everything else, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect loss, except where the law says otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights stay intact.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where BEZ KECŮ s.r.o. is registered in the Czech Commercial Register, without taking away mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live if you buy as a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK. Czech courts have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also bring a claim in their home courts where the law gives that right.

Changes

The terms that apply are the ones on this page on the day you pay. We may update the page for later buyers — including a change of seller to a Norwegian company. The live version is always at kayinnorway.com/terms.
